What am I reserving?

A live video session with a verified communicator. Your animal should be nearby. You’ll get a written recap after.

Will I be charged today?

We place a hold on your card to reserve the hour. You are not charged unless a practitioner confirms. If we cannot match you, the hold is released.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Holds and charges are released in full if we cannot confirm a session, or if you cancel before it starts.

What should I expect from a reading?

A conversation, not a performance. Most people leave with two or three specific things to try at home — not a prophecy.
